New Patients at Fitchett Chiropractic Center
When you come into our office you will be greeted by one of our amazing and super friendly chiropractic assistants.
They will take you back to the Doctor’s office to explain and have you fill out our New Patient form. After checking to see if you have any questions, they will send the Doctor in.

First Visit
The Doctor will go over every page of the form with you, asking additional questions as necessary. The Doctor will be asking lots of questions about how it started, what it feels like, and what makes things better or worse. All of your answers aid the Doctor to determine what the problem is. The Doctor will then perform a chiropractic exam that will involve moving and orthopedic tests. After the exam the Doctor will let you know if you need to get x-rays or not.
Please reserve 45 minutes for this time. Fifteen minutes to fill out paperwork and thirty minutes with the Doctor.
While you were gone, the Doctor looked over your case in more detail and put all the puzzle pieces together. If you were sent for x-rays the doctor has also reviewed your x-ray report. The Doctor put together a report to go over with you, and you may take it home for further review or to share with your family.
During this second visit the Doctor will honestly tell you if he/she can help, and if not, refer you in the correct direction. If we feel we can be of help, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment. Not to worry, we explain everything completely and welcome your questions and concerns.
Please reserve about 20 minutes for this appointment. If it is determined you will benefit from an extra therapy, we will let you know and it may take a few more minutes.

A typical visit may require just a few, highly-focused, minutes. But don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up what your spine and nervous system needs, adjust you, and get you on your way.
Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.
